How long does shipping take for my beer order?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days via our carbon-neutral courier partners.
How should I store my Bluntrock beers?
To maintain maximum freshness and hop profile, we recommend storing all our beers upright in a cold, dark place—ideally a refrigerator at 4-7°C.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the UK to ensure our beer reaches you as fresh as possible. We are looking into international options for the future.
What should I do if my cans arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The majority of our core range and limited releases are vegan-friendly. Any exceptions, such as milk stouts containing lactose, will be clearly labeled in the product description.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your beer's journey from our brewery to your door.
